Listen Technologies, a provider of assistive listening, multi-language audio transmission and live-streaming audio solutions, has been providing exceptional listening experiences for 25 years. The firm will mark this milestone anniversary on 4 June 2023, celebrating 25 years of helping people hear clearly.
“At its core, Listen Technologies is about inclusion,” says Russ Gentner, founder and advisor, Listen Technologies. “We started Listen Technologies to help people overcome the challenges that make hearing difficult—it’s frustrating to go to an event and not hear what is being said. Those challenges include hearing loss, language, background noise, or poor acoustics. We have solutions that make clear audio accessible so everyone can hear and engage in exceptional experiences.”
A focus on inclusivity
The firm was founded in 1998 and has always focused on delivering a good experience for all, including its employees, partners and vendors as well as its clients.

From a small group of enterprising audio engineers, Listen Technologies has expanded into a global firm with a network of leading manufacturer’s representatives, resellers, integrators, dealers, and consultants in the audio business.
The co-founders of Listen Technologies included two women and today, women hold executive positions across the board and are represented in every division, from marketing and R&D to customer service and sales.

Firm continues to innovate
The flagship product of Listen Technologies, ListenRF, is a scalable assistive listening system that provides loud, clear sound and continues to impress customers and venue owners.
Listen Technologies has added ListenIR and the innovative mobile communications platform ListenTALK to its portfolio of technologies over the years. Listen Technologies developed audio over Wi-Fi technology in 2014 so that consumers may access audio on their smartphones and hear more clearly.
Today, Listen Technologies’ products are used in a wide range of locations and contexts, including places of worship, institutions of higher learning, theatres, courts, tours, and in manufacturing factories.

The team will begin the celebrations at InfoComm 2023 in Orlando, which takes place from 10 – 16 June, and attendees can meet the firm at booth #2961.
Earlier this year, Listen Technologies also announced that its Listen EVERYWHERE and ListenRF assistive listening systems have been installed at The Lutcher Theater for the Performing Arts in Orange, Texas, US.
