Embed to showcase SaaS Solutions at SEA Expo 2023

Embed STATS and Mobile Wallet

Team will demonstrate Mobile Wallet and STATS during the event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, will be exhibiting at the upcoming Saudi Entertainment and Amusement (SEA) Expo from 28 to 30 May 2023. During the event in Riyadh, the team will demonstrate its Software as a Service (SaaS) products, including the award-winning Mobile Wallet and data visualisation dashboard STATS, as well as its integrated hardware and software solutions.

The Mobile Wallet has been available since 2019, but it is still the only non-banking, non-finance, or loyalty brand that has received Apple and Google certification. There is no need to download any additional apps in order to use this virtual game card; it is accessible through Google Pay or Apple Wallet.

Metric results from Embed clients this year have brought to light the significance of SaaS products like the Mobile Wallet in raising FEC revenue. Both small and large FEC operators are seeing a reload value five times that of cash with Mobile Wallet in use. The average Mobile Wallet reload value is $50.57, compared with a $31.95 reload value when guests use a credit card to top up their game card, and just $9.90 when visitors use cash to top up.

In addition, 60% of Mobile Wallet reloads happen offsite before the guest even sets foot in the venue. Thanks to safe mobile encryption technology, reloading on their phones shields visitors from the possibility of losing game cards and enables them to spend big on top-ups.

Discover STATS at SEA Expo

Another SaaS product that aims to transform how FEC operators analyse reports is STATS, the data visualisation dashboard created with Amazon Web Services. Demos of this solution were in high demand at DEAL Show and Amusement Expo International in March 2023 and IAAPA Orlando in 2022.

STATS assists operators in making smart business decisions regarding staffing levels, scheduling, revenue forecasting, and even inventory through real-time reports. AWS’s global cloud infrastructure is used to build its detailed, dynamically visualised data reporting with accessibility, security, and low latency.

“We are excited about our return to the Middle East since DEAL 2023! We share the same aspiration as His Royal Majesty’s Saudi Vision 2030, with the firm belief that with the entertainment sector at the core of the endeavour, we can dramatically transform the industry,” says Renee Welsh, CEO at Embed.

“The transition of FECs to digitalisation with the help of tools like our SaaS solutions will guarantee operators the same metric results we derived from the Mobile Wallet – and even better! We look forward to a future where hurdles of manual processes are a thing of the past, but for now, we hope to see operators go cashless – starting at SEA Expo,” she continues.
