IAAPA, the global association for the attractions industry, took place in Singapore from 13 – 16 June 2023. The event at Marina Bay Sands showcased the newest innovations, trends, and advancements from across the attractions industry.
During IAAPA Expo Asia 2023, the event saw 5,330 registered attendees, including 3,764 qualified buyers and 2,145 buying companies from a range of sectors. Attendees came from 75 different countries and regions to network, share knowledge, and forge strategic partnerships.
Education, networking, new products and more
On the trade show floor, attendees could discover the latest products, services and solutions from 287 companies, of which 64 were first-time exhibitors. Rides, attractions, games and state-of-the-art technology were on show. Meanwhile, the educational programme offered seminars and discussions, allowing delegates to gain useful insights into industry best practices, new trends, and important challenges.
There were also special events and networking opportunities, such as an opening reception at Universal Studios Singapore, an engaging Opening Ceremony, and exclusive receptions and after-hours gatherings.

IAAPA Expo Asia 2024 will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, from 27 – 30 May.

IAAPA recently endorsed new ride safety legislation in Alabama, US, and aligns all amusement rides and attractions in the state with the stringent safety standards established by ASTM International.
