PGAV, a global leader in the planning and design of unique destinations, has appointed Venita Davidson as its new global talent acquisition specialist.
This strategic appointment demonstrates the firm’s dedication to acquiring top-tier talent and solidifies its position as an industry leader.
Davidson will be instrumental in developing the firm’s talent acquisition activities in the St. Louis and Orlando studios. Her extensive experience includes recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and talent management.
Mike Konzen, CEO of PGAV Destinations, says: “We are thrilled to welcome Venita to PGAV. In today’s competitive landscape, attracting and retaining top talent is crucial for success. Recruiting exceptionally talented people has always been one of PGAV’s strengths and remains crucial as we expand. With Venita’s experience and understanding of the talent market, we are confident in her ability to source candidates who contribute to our continued growth.”
Understanding market trends and defining talent strategy
Davidson will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that reflect PGAV’s dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She will work closely with PGAV’s existing team, gaining insight into changing talent requirements and developing focused strategies for identifying and engaging high-quality prospects. Hiring individuals from a variety of backgrounds and regions will be a priority.
Davidson says: “I’m thrilled to join PGAV Destinations. I’ve spent several years in recruitment strategy, working with leadership to understand market trends and define talent strategy. I look forward to finding and attracting exceptional talent to PGAV that continues to build a diverse and inclusive team”
PGAV announced earlier this year that it has welcomed new talent to its St. Louis and Orlando design studios in the US with six new hires. PGAV Destinations is continuing to expand its creative potential with the new hires, and has greater capacity to build destinations and attractions across the globe.
