Last week, AnyRoad hosted a webinar called From Insights to Impact: Sierra Nevada’s Revenue Scaling Hack Through Brand Experiences. This free online event was geared towards operators looking to introduce next-level experiences. During the session, Amy Ebling, guest experience supervisor at the Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., explained how the company tapped into customer insights to turn infrequent buyers into loyal customers by 93%. Sierra Nevada also boosted satisfaction by 92% and improved its brand perception by 86%.

This was the latest in a series of webinars from AnyRoad. In July, the firm hosted a webinar called How AI Is Changing Events & Activations. During this session, AnyRoad’s co-founders explored the trending topics of AI and experiential marketing.

In addition, AnyRoad announced another new publication, the First-Party Data Playbook, earlier this year. This ebook looks at the complexities of event marketing and features actionable guidance to support the development of an event marketing strategy. It takes a skills-based approach to help marketers assess their teams’ capabilities and also shares tools and approaches to make the most of these talents. Plus, the ebook covers database building in detail.
