Sacoa Cashless System, a leader in revenue management systems for the amusement, entertainment, and leisure industries, has installed its cashless solution at Gravity Max Liverpool, an innovative new entertainment venue in the UK.

This £10M facility, which boasts a huge 100,000 square foot space, provides an unrivalled variety of experiences. It opened to the public for the first time on 9 August 2023, with a large capacity of 2,500 people,

Eight self-service kiosks, 180 Sparks RFID card readers, and other cutting-edge solutions have been placed by Sacoa inside the Fun Box arcade, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to improving guest experiences through straightforward cashless transactions.

Pol Mochkovsky, CEO of Sacoa International, says:

“We are incredibly proud to contribute to the launch of Fun Box at the Gravity Max Liverpool. This state-of-the-art arcade is 100% unattended as players buy and recharge their playcards at any of the 8 kiosks and then redeem their e-tickets at 5 self-dispensing redemption prize machines strategically located around the game room. Winners can also redeem online through a revolutionary App. This brings huge savings on the operating costs.”

Several bars, a food hall, an esports arena, an AR bowling alley, a pool hall, batting cages, and an 18-hole tech street mini golf course are all included in Gravity Max Liverpool’s entertainment offerings.

Last month, Sacoa Cashless System also announced that it has provided its innovative technology to Dezerland Park Orlando. The family entertainment destination is now using the firm’s time wristbands in the trampoline park, in order to enhance the guest experience.

The wristbands use cutting-edge technology and feature colour-coded lights to tell players how much time is left for their session, when they are enjoying an attraction that is played with time slots. When the wristband light changes to a specific colour, it serves as a visible message to the wearer and the operator.
