Dream Garden Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of playground equipment and toymaker in China, has provided playground concept development, customised equipment design, manufacturing and technical support for a new KIDDO indoor family entertainment venue at Centro San Ignacio in Caracas, Venezuela.
Envisaged as a branded family entertainment destination rather than a conventional indoor playground, Dream Garden worked closely with the client to create a bespoke multi-level play environment that combines active play, physical challenges and visually distinctive themed elements within a compact commercial setting.
As such, the installation demonstrates Dream Garden's ability to combine international project delivery with local brand customisation, delivering family entertainment spaces that reflect the client's identity, venue and operating model rather than a standard playground format.
"One of the most important things for us was that the finished venue should reflect the KIDDO identity rather than feel like a standard indoor playground," says KIDDO.
"Dream Garden worked with our concept and adapted the play equipment, colours and visual details to the space. Seeing children now using the venue as we originally imagined is very rewarding."
Practical, on-brand design
The main play structure includes a large ball pit, multi-level climbing areas, slides, obstacle activities, a spiral play feature, a steep slide experience, and interactive play elements, among other physical challenges.
Throughout the attraction, the design uses KIDDO's colourful brand identity, with purple, yellow, orange and illuminated graphic elements in a coherent visual language.
A key focus was the efficient use of the available height and floor area. The layout integrates numerous play experiences vertically, while ensuring clear circulation and sightlines across the venue.
In addition, the project reflects KIDDO's broader business concept. The venue is designed to appeal to the whole family and encourages visitors to spend time together.
As such, the play areas are complemented by social and food-and-beverage spaces that serve birthday and group experiences, as well as accompanying adults.
The completed attraction closely aligns with the original 3D concept, an important part of Dream Garden's approach to international customised projects.

Customised experiences
The venue has now opened to visitors and has attracted local media and community attention, with early social media content from visitors showing children actively using the attraction.

A spokesperson from Dream Garden says: "KIDDO was never intended to be a standard playground installation. The client's brand and operating concept were already very clear, so our job was to translate that identity into the physical play environment while making the best use of the available space and height.
"For us, a successful international project is not about exporting the same design to every country. It is about understanding how the client wants the venue to operate and then adapting the design, equipment and visitor experience around that objective."
Earlier this month, Dream Garden shared details of a 350-square-metre forest adventure playground project for a private villa in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Completed in August 2026, this demonstrates how Dream Garden evolved the client’s forest-themed playground into a unique play space that combines storytelling, active play, and climate-appropriate design.
