Integration supports the firm’s expansion into the French market

Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for attractions, is set to release a new integration with Chorus Pro, France’s electronic invoicing portal.

This partnership will significantly benefit attractions serving public institutions in France as part of the company’s strategic expansion plan into France and Europe. It will revolutionise group reservations and speed up payments through automated invoice submission.

The integration, scheduled to go live later this month, will make use of an API-driven link with Connect&GO’s fully integrated Konnect platform for attractions management. Konnect offers a centralised system that seamlessly integrates eCommerce, point-of-sale, food and beverage, access control, cashless transactions, and RFID, along with other features. This unique system is driven by virtual wallets and real-time data.

Solutions for the French market

Konnect, one of the most cutting-edge and creative platforms in the market, continually develops its offer to satisfy the demands of its wide range of customers in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

Dominic Gagnon, CEO of Connect&GO, says: “Integrating Chorus Pro with our platform is a strategic move that aligns perfectly with our mission to drive operational excellence for our clients. We are excited to continue our expansion into Europe and serve French clients with the tools they need to drive revenue and transform their operations.”

In addition to establishing a team in the region, Connect&GO is investing significant resources to develop a comprehensive and ground-breaking solution for the French and European markets. The business has more than doubled its customer base in France over the past two years, and it intends to keep expanding this figure in 2024.

“The integration between Chorus Pro and Konnect is a game changer for our French clients,” comments Marc-André Dubé, director of product management. “We’re dedicated to evolving our product to the needs of the market and focusing on features that truly make a difference. This integration reflects our commitment to providing innovative solutions that empower attractions to thrive.”

Supporting cash flow and compliance

One of the primary benefits of this integration is the automated invoice submission functionality, which decreases manual intervention and ensures that payments are submitted promptly. Automating this process saves time and also improves data accuracy, reducing issues from manual data entry. Clients will benefit from a more streamlined invoice production and submission procedure, which will result in faster transactions and better cash flow management.

Real-time tracking tools also give vendors more insight into the status of their invoices, from receipt to approval and payment. This transparency allows for a smoother payment procedure, reducing the need for input. In addition, the integration provides centralised record-keeping and compliance assurance, improving clients’ audit preparation. This all-encompassing approach not only expedites payments but also guarantees that organisations are prepared to meet regulatory requirements.

Connect&GO’s dedication to innovative technology continues to advance the attractions industry, demonstrated in recent product enhancements such as integration with Ticketmaster France and France Billet, strategic collaboration with Amilia, and a new AI traffic prediction engine.

The Connect&GO team will be at IAAPA Expo Europe in Vienna from 25-28 September. Delegates can pre-book a demonstration by visiting the Connect&Go website.

Connect&GO released a new update for Konnect Marketing & CRM last month. The integration helps operators to use automation and real-time data to develop additional income, boost visitor engagement, and improve efficiency.
