Sports Simulator releases upgraded system for touch screens

Sports Simulator touchscreen upgrade

Operators can now use customised buttons to improve visitor experience

Sports Simulator, a provider of advanced leisure simulators, has released a new system with upgraded functionality that provides user-friendly customisation options for its touch screens.

Operators can now select 1, 2, 3, or 4 buttons for touch screens at their attractions, which display options for different sports, game challenges and venues. As a result, visitors can enjoy faster and more convenient start times, which improves user satisfaction.

Visitors may load up their cards with credits by making purchases online or at the venue’s reception desk, giving them immediate access to more than 3,500 stadiums and venues, over 1,500 gaming challenges, and more than 60 sports.

Enhanced visitor experience

One of the major advantages of this integration is the ease of use it provides. Companies no longer need to hire additional employees to handle simulator management, resulting in significant salary savings and an increase in income.

In addition, Family Entertainment Centres and Sports Bars can now connect the system to additional services such as food and drink, increasing turnover and keeping the atmosphere fresh and entertaining.

Sports Simulator collaborated with an industry-leading RFID venue management solutions provider to develop this upgrade, which can also be integrated with other prominent contactless providers. Customers will benefit from the most advanced Sports Simulator, which is seamlessly connected with a leading cashless payment system, in an enhanced offer that responds to the visitors’ changing needs.

Sports Simulator recently announced that it has provided one of its unique products to Centara Mirage Beach Resort in Dubai. The resort’s new Sports Simulator offers a range of gaming and sports experiences which visitors can now enjoy without having to battle the intense heat of Dubai.

Whether guests want to practise their football talents in the Dubai Virtual Environment or play a game of golf on world-class courses, it guarantees that their entertainment needs are satisfied without requiring them to leave the resort.
