Squid Game: The Trials, a new immersive experience, has opened in Los Angeles after the release of Squid Game: The Challenge on Netflix.
In the real-life Squid Game experience, inspired by Squid Game (2021) and the 2023 reality TV version, fans can take on a series of increasingly difficult challenges and gain points as they progress.
“After greeting the iconic ‘Front Man’ himself, you will tackle a series of escalating challenges, accumulating points as you advance,” Netflix said in a statement.
“The ultimate winner needs nerves of steel, cunning strategy, and a touch of luck. Are you up for the challenge?”

After the experience, guests can celebrate at the ‘Night Market’, which is serving Korean and international food, as well as beverages in collaboration with Katianna Hong, chef at award-winning Korean-American restaurant Yangban in LA.
Additionally, a store is selling exclusive Squid Game collectibles, games and other merchandise.
Winners of Squid Game: The Trials will have the opportunity to apply for the casting for the second season of Squid Game: The Challenge. They will be priority reviewed when the process begins in 2024.
