Triotech wins Brass Ring Award for Primordial

Triotech, an award-winning creator of media-based attractions, is celebrating the success of its interactive dark coaster, Primordial, which has been honoured with the 2024 IAAPA Brass Ring Award for Best New Product in the Major Ride/Attraction category.

This achievement reflects a key milestone for the company, which has been a leader in immersive and interactive media-based attractions for 25 years.

Unique replayable experience

Primordial, created in collaboration with Lagoon Amusement Park in Utah, marks a significant advancement in immersive storytelling and visitor engagement. With its innovative plot that features multiple endings, dynamic ride mechanics, and state-of-the-art interactive technology, the ride offers a unique experience that reimagines the possibilities of dark coasters.

Ernest Yale, CEO and founder of Triotech, says: “The journey of creating this Interactive Dark Coaster ‘Primordial’ has been incredible, from initial concept to the ride experience that’s now thrilling guests. We share this recognition with our amazing partners at Lagoon and everyone who helped bring this vision to life.”

Primordial sets itself apart with its distinct replayability. Through a variety of routes, riders can encounter six potential outcomes. In addition to enhancing the sense of surprise, this creative design entices visitors to come back for an alternative ending.

The Brass Ring Award, given to businesses that exhibit exceptional accomplishment, innovation, and influence in the attractions sector, is IAAPA’s highest distinction.

Triotech is exhibiting its attractions at booths #1359 and #1361 at the IAAPA Expo in Orlando, which runs until 22 November.
