RocketRez, the end-to-end cloud ticketing platform for tours and attractions, has announced a new collaboration with The Swim Club at The Elmont, a premier waterpark destination in El Paso, Texas.
Through the introduction of a comprehensive package of services, including dynamic pricing, cabana rentals, and daily passes, this partnership is expected to completely transform the waterpark’s ticketing system and improve the overall visitor experience.

Single, seamless solution
The Swim Club at The Elmont, which is situated in a luxurious hotel setting, focuses on providing a distinctive mix of entertainment and relaxation with its on-site restaurant, bar, event space, and regular live performances.
The club is positioning itself as a multipurpose event centre, rather than solely a waterpark, with a significant emphasis on digital innovation and a cashless operation model.
RocketRez will streamline The Swim Club’s operations by combining ticketing, point-of-sale systems for retail and F&B services, and event management into a single platform. This integration eliminates the need for multiple databases, which was previously a significant problem due to the venue’s different systems for different services.
The new system from RocketRez will include:
- RocketPass, which enables easy management of season and daily passes.
- Mobile ordering functionality to help improve F&B service efficiency at two venues: Swim Club Bar and Grill, and Evaga.
- Dynamic pricing which will optimise revenue from April to September, during the attraction’s season.
- Advanced cabana rental modules and event management capabilities.
