Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced that it took first place for Best New Product in the Services, Equipment, and Supplies category for its Parafait Klassic Pro Kiosk when the Brass Ring Awards were given during IAAPA Expo 2024 in Orlando in November.
The IAAPA Brass Ring Award for best new product honours outstanding contributions across various product categories in the industry. This year, Semnox’s Parafait Klassic Pro Kiosk received the award for its innovative ticketing solution. The Klassic Pro Kiosk enhances the guest experience by integrating registration, waiver signing, and package selection into a cohesive self-service system—reducing long wait times and facilitating a streamlined and effective process.
A commitment to innovation
This acclaimed technology is part of Semnox’s Parafait FEC Solution, an extensive range of products designed for entertainment venues. Alongside the Klassic Pro Kiosk, Parafait includes innovations like the 2022 Brass Ring-winning LuminOS debit card reader, a mobile app tailored for FECs, and a sophisticated booking and redemption solution, among other offerings more.
