accesso partners with Cuseum to transform the digital experience

News
Cuseum - Mobile App - In Hand accesso partnership

accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider, has partnered with Cuseum to maximise membership management and visitor engagement for museums and cultural institutions.

accesso is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Cuseum, a leading provider of engagement software for museums and arts nonprofits. This collaboration will help to complement the power of accesso’s Siriusware POS solution.

This means that accesso’s museum and cultural institution clients around the world will have fully-supported, turn-key access to Cuseum’s visitor, member and donor engagement tools.

Providing a richer experience

As a result, accesso Siriusware clients will be able to provide an improved end-to-end experience for visitors, using contactless, digital solutions to keep physical contact to a minimum and protect guests following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Access to Cuseum’s Digital Membership Card solution allows clients to provide an easier way for patrons to make the most of their membership. Members can enjoy all the benefits of a traditional membership model, both during their visit and from home, by accessing membership services and exclusive discounts directly from their own phone.

Organisations will also be able to communicate with guests in real-time, sending personalised offers, membership renewal reminders and more.

“We’re very excited to partner with Cuseum to enhance Accesso’s robust offerings for our clients in the cultural space, a market we’ve proudly served for two decades,” says Steve Brown, accesso CEO.

“In Cuseum, we’ve found a truly like-minded partner, and this enhanced, digital approach to traditional membership services and visitor engagement is particularly crucial as we work to increase efficiency and reduce physical touchpoints within the attractions and venues we serve.”

accesso Siriusware

accesso Siriusware brings together all POS needs across a venue, combining ticketing, membership, group sales, retail, food and beverage, rentals and more within a single system. By using the system alongside Cuseum’s Digital Membership Card solution, museums and cultural institutions will benefit from a complete set of tools to provide a streamlined visitor experience, building brand loyalty through quality visitor engagement.

“We are thrilled to partner with accesso and are eager to watch their clients harness the power of this new integration to further amplify the personalized, digital experience modern consumers crave,” says Brendan Ciecko, CEO & Founder at Cuseum. “The promise this partnership holds for cultural market operators, as well as their invaluable patrons, is virtually limitless.”

Earlier this month, accesso CEO Steve Brown spoke to Blooloop about how the company’s smart technology is helping attractions to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience in a post-COVID-19 world.
