Creative Works, leaders in interactive elements, attractions and themed environments, have installed a new laser tag experience at Launch Trampoline Park in Watertown, Massachusetts.
Launch Watertown is the first in the nationwide chain to add a laser tag element due to the company’s rapid growth and need for diversification in the market.
“Launch decided to install because they are going into a lot of existing markets that may already have laser tag,” said Creative Works vice president of sales Russ Van Natta.
“They wanted its franchisees to have options to choose a theme to help set them apart from other competitors. This is so they could make sure they have something unique to bring to the table.”
The single-level arena is 3,500 square feet and Mayan themed. It has relics, colourful shrubbery, hand-painted waterfalls, animals and trees to give an immersive jungle experience.
Hazer machines, special effect lighting and sounds also add to the environment.
With the first installation in place, Creative Works are working with Launch on several of their attractions to add new interactive elements to the guest offering.
“We’re currently in the process of working through another handful of projects with Launch as various franchisees work through different permitting and building steps,” Van Natta stated.
“We have a nice blend of existing facilities that we’re building into. In addition we have new builds that are factoring in laser tag from the beginning.”
Launch locations have also begun installing other Creative Works attractions including the popular laser maze, Laser Frenzy.
