Sacoa Cashless System, a leader in revenue management systems for the amusement, entertainment, and leisure industries, has announced that it is carrying out a number of new installations throughout the United States.
New tech for FECs in Connecticut and Wisconsin
For example, Xtreme Play Adrenaline Park in Danbury, Connecticut, recently decided to switch to Sacoa after a few years of operating with a different supplier, as the operator strives to move the business forward. The popular FEC is home to a range of games and attractions, alongside food and beverage. The operations here are now run by Sacoa’s products and services, including RFID Spark readers, K4 Kiosks, and the all-in-one managing program, Zodiac.
Xtreme Play Adrenaline Park can also now benefit from Sacoa’s Party and Event Booking Module and the firm is currently developing a custom Mobile App for the FEC.
Elsewhere, Lake Dawn Resort in Delavan, Wisconsin, has also opted to switch to Sacoa. The operator is now using the latest Sacoa technology, including the EZ Kiosk which features the entire FEC’s server inside a space no bigger than the K4 Kiosk.
Picadilly Palace shares the reasons behind the decision to switch
In Union, Missouri, Piccadilly Palace has also chosen to partner with Sacoa. Speaking about working with Sebastian Mochkovsky, CEO of Sacoa USA, Picadilly Palace owner Scott Schuh says:
“While looking for arcade game suppliers, I sent a message to Planet Arcade. Luis Canon called me the same day and I explained my situation to him. He told me that he would put me in contact with someone in the business named Sebastian and asked if Sebastian could call me. Of course, I replied yes.
“Sebastian called me immediately and we talked for over an hour. By the time he was done explaining the Sacoa cashless card system, I understood… [entirely] how it worked… [and also] had an understanding of how the Sacoa system was superior to [their competitors].
“When someone believes in Sacoa and [is] passionate about it, that energy is transferred to another individual… Sebastian is so certain about the operation of his system that he… require[s neither] a contract for purchase nor a monthly fee for… software upgrades. In this day and age, while most companies hide behind a contract that favors them should their product not be effective, Sebastian works on a handshake and verbal agreement that his product will perform to the customer’s expectations. This means a lot to me.”
Talking about how knew he had made the right choice, Schuh adds: “When I told… [their competitor] that I was going with Sacoa instead of their system, the salesman became very angry about my choice and started to downgrade the Sacoa System. This reaction confirmed that my decision to go with Sacoa was the right choice. You are doing a good job when you can frustrate your competition. Being a newbie in the fun center business, I cannot fail with Sacoa and Sebastian working at my side.”
Sacoa Cashless System recently exhibited at Amusement Expo International in Las Vegas, where the team showcased its solutions and Mochkovsky took part in a panel discussion entitled Beyond the Transaction.
