Connect&GO Sigma reporting tool

Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, has collaborated with leading cloud-based analytics platform Sigma to develop an innovative new integrated reporting tool.

This partnership leverages the dynamic potential offered by real-time data, intuitive dashboards, and an entirely unified platform to provide a next-generation operations management solution for attractions.

Real-time data interface

Connect&GO’s cutting-edge reporting tool combines Sigma’s sophisticated data analytics with its fully integrated operations management platform Konnect, which enables clients to access self-service business insights. This tool makes reporting processes simpler through an intuitive and unified real-time data interface which allows operators to easily access robust data insights.

This integration transforms data accessibility and will also save operators considerable time in everyday activities. By streamlining reporting processes, operators can concentrate on improving the visitor experience and expanding their business.

Furthermore, this innovative integration brings advanced business intelligence capabilities to a sector where they were previously considered prohibitively expensive. The collaboration between Connect&GO and Sigma democratises access to advanced analytics, which means operators of all sizes can leverage the potential of data-driven decision-making.

Tara Morandi, Connect&GO senior vice president of sales and marketing, says: “Data is only valuable to operators if they can actually use it. Our powerful new reporting tool provides
operators with all the data they need to make impactful business decisions in real-time and without the need of a data analytics team to understand it.”

Robust reporting

Operators are able to quickly access a snapshot of their business performance and drill down into details with the new Connect&GO reporting tool’s versatile and easy-to-navigate dashboards. Connect&GO reporting automatically compiles all data from its integrated management platform in real time. This may include eCommerce, POS, F&B, retail, and rental transactions, along with data from access control scans, cashless transactions, and other sources.

Dashboards on revenue, access control, finance, and cashless trends, as well as a daily summary report with KPIs, will be available to operators. Furthermore, there is a straightforward process to upload data sets from other systems, such as forecasts and projections, and then evaluate them in real time against actual data, including budgets.

The live data and insights enable operators to investigate the fine details of their company in order to resolve everyday issues, improve guest experiences, and plan for the future with greater precision.

Attractions can use these capabilities to enhance visitor satisfaction, improve collaboration, and alleviate pressure on onsite teams, all while developing new sources of income. For example, with improved data, park management can forecast attendance, adjust staffing levels, and make sure there is a suitable level of retail, food, and beverage stock to provide an enjoyable visit for their visitors.

Marc-Andre Dube, head of product, Connect&GO, comments: “In our quest to find the right solution for our clients, it was important for us to work with a partner who could make this as easy and frictionless as possible.

“Creating our new reporting tool with Sigma’s advanced embedded analytics technology will help us empower our customers by giving them real-time insights into park attendance, food sales and revenue without needing to navigate multiple platforms. With an optimized workflow and robust reporting insights, our clients will be better equipped to serve their business and their customers, year-round.”

Mike Palmer, Sigma CEO, adds: “Together with Connect&GO, we are empowering attractions operators to freely access and leverage the valuable business intelligence at their disposal. The enormous amount of data that is easily accessible through their Connect&GO dashboard enables them to build forecast models and leverage live scenarios to accurately map the future and consistently provide their guests with top-notch experiences.”

Cutting-edge platforms

In contrast to legacy technology platforms that keep data separated and operations fragmented, Connect&GO’s innovative solution, Konnect, is a completely integrated system that allows operators to effectively oversee every facet of their company.

The platform offers real-time data to operators, allowing for easy management of eCommerce, POS, access control, and cashless payments using proprietary Virtual Wallet technology. Konnect’s adaptable interface and integrated RFID wearables enable operators to develop premium visitor experiences that increase sales and improve visitor satisfaction.

With substantial growth over the past year and multiple accolades, including Snowflake BI Partner of the Year 2023, Sigma has established itself as the industry standard for cloud analytics platforms.

The company’s success can be credited to its ambition of removing traditional obstacles to data access and enabling business users to get the most out of their live data without requiring technical expertise. Its users can directly access and manage data stored in a cloud data warehouse without requiring the assistance of a data team. They are able to investigate data and test different scenarios using a familiar, intuitive interface, to gain new insights and context for decision-making.

Connect&GO will be demonstrating the new reporting tool at IAAPA Expo 2023 in Orlando. The Expo is taking place from 13 – 17 November, with the show floor opening on 14 November. Delegates can book a meeting with the team using Connect&GO’s online form.

Last month, Connect&GO announced that its client, Roaring Springs Waterpark received a Leading Edge Award at the World Waterpark Association Symposium & Trade Show. The accolade recognised the park’s innovative use of Connect&GO’s integrated attractions management platform.
