New publication

A new annual publication will debut in May of this year, building on the success of IQ Magazine’s Global Arenas Guide, International Ticketing Report, and Global Promoters Report.

The Touring Entertainment Report 2023 will be the industry standard reference for promoters, producers, venues, and live entertainment professionals globally. It will be the first global overview and analysis of touring content ever published.

“From theatre productions and family entertainment shows to exhibitions, the experience economy and beyond, the breadth of offer in this multi-billion dollar global business is staggering. Yet for a market so huge, there’s not been an annual resource for buyers to know what’s available, what’s working and what’s on the horizon… until now,” says Semmel Concerts.

Valuable sector insights

The debut edition will include a complete overview of touring products, business-critical knowledge about each sector, insights through interviews with leading industry figures and Q&As with top producers and creatives. The document will also provide a spotlight on the most successful and promising new productions alongside a directory of producers.

Digital copies of the Touring Entertainment Report will be delivered to the entire mailing lists of IQ magazine and the ILMC membership, and the 10,000 readers who receive IQ magazine as part of their subscription will be eligible for a paper copy. Report material will be available year-round in a dedicated section of the IQ magazine website with featured interviews and market features appearing in the site’s main news feed and daily Index email.
