Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced that it is working with Glitch, Dubai. The firm is providing cashless solutions to the family entertainment centre (FEC) which will be in use across its expansive site.
Glitch is one of the biggest and most innovative FECs in Dubai, and is owned and managed by Al Ghurair Properties. It offers over 30 interactive attractions including ninja warrior activities, climbing walls, a VR arcade, and a bowling alley.
Comprehensive business solution
In order to facilitate cashless solutions across the site, Semnox Solutions set up 28 LuminOS readers, three self-service kiosks, three point-of-sale systems, one mobile tablet, and two waiver management tablets. Glitch has fully embraced the advantages of this new technology and has moved to a completely cashless card system. The FEC has achieved this by adding automation to vital processes.
