Tyg Tickets, a dynamic, cloud-based ticketing solution for attractions, has shared details of a bespoke project for the Peterborough and District Angling Association.
The firm developed new features for the fishing club, to meet the unique requirements of angling association members.
Client-driven ethos
Since it was founded in 2009, Tyg Tickets has offered a development process which is client-driven. This proactive approach makes sure that clients feel comfortable in giving feedback and empowered to ask for precisely what their attraction needs. The firm collaborates with the development company Hysoft. Together, the firms have created an app builder which can be customised with a range of products to improve visitor transactions and onsite experience.
Added value is created through the Visitor Wallet app, which holds tickets and passes and offers content pages with essential visitor information. Visitors can also buy tickets through the app.
Tyg Tickets apps can also provide video and discovery content, which attractions can use to engage and entertain visitors. The easy and fun interface encourages users to interact as they move around the venue.
Bespoke development projects
Customised apps are becoming increasingly popular with visitor attractions which are seeking ways to offer loyalty rewards and enhance growth.
Tyg Tickets worked with Peterborough and District Angling Association to develop a bespoke solution.
