accesso partners with Google to provide new booking option for attractions

Leading software solutions company accesso has partnered with Reserve with Google to connect accesso clients with customers via a new engagment channel.

reserve with googleSlated to go live in late autumn, people browsing for things to do in their area will be able to purchase tickets to accesso-supported venues and entertainment directly from Google Search, Maps and the Assistant.

This new service has been made possible thanks to accesso’s Ingresso distribution platform. The solution enables venues to sell their tickets through global third-party distribution channels in real-time.

Alongside the basic contact information and opening hours, consumers will see a “Find Tickets” button in search results (a schedule icon when using the Assistant). This opens the reservation interface where users can complete their ticket purchase.

Google users will now benefit from a fast and seamless purchasing experience for everything from theme parks, to museums, to live events that fall within accesso’s client portfolio. What’s more, the ability to extend reach through Reserve with Google will come at no additional cost to accesso clients using the Ingresso platform.
