ProSlide Technology Inc., an industry leader in water ride manufacturing and design, is celebrating the opening of OCT’s new flagship water park at OCT Xi’an, which features 15 high-performance ProSlide water rides.
The cutting-edge park features several Asia firsts, such as the Dueling RocketBLAST/FlyingSAUCER 20/30 Water Coaster and the competitive six-lane RallyRACER. This is the ninth time that ProSlide and OCT have worked together, over the course of a more than a decade long relationship.
A cutting-edge ride mix

The park boasts 20 iconic ProSlide features within 15 expertly designed water rides and eight custom complexes. One highlight is the IAAPA IMPACT Award-winning Dueling RocketBLAST/FlyingSAUCER, which also features the first ProSPLASH finish in Asia. This efficient runout takes the place of the classic landing pool, reducing both water and energy requirements.
Visitors can also enjoy a fun competitive racing experience with the WWA Leading Edge Award-winning RallyRACER. This has six lanes of side-by-side tracks with patented RALLYPOINT features, where riders can see and hear each other as they race. Other rides at the water park include the first Dueling PIPEline in China and two TWISTER drop slides, also making a regional debut.
Aquatic play
Alongside these thrill rides, the water park is home to a RideHOUSE 600. This offers immersive aquatic play for its family guests and is themed around an early Maya civilisation. It includes a range of fun slides and interactive areas.

Other rides at OCT Xi’an include a Double TornadoWAVE + TORNADO 60, a TORNADO 24 + FlyingSAUCER 45, a TurboTWISTER + SuperLOOP with SkyBOX + FreeFALL and TWISTER (Drop Slides).
ProSlide also recently debuted six new high-performance water ride complexes at Evergrande’s Ocean Flower Water Park.
