Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced it has partnered with IT Build Company for a new investment in Syria.
The companies have successfully executed the installation of Semnox’s Parafait software suite at Leisurezone, an amusement arcade and FEC venue in the capital of Damascus. The installation is one of a number of recent firsts for the company, which also recently upgraded its initial Egyptian location, Monkey Maze, in Cairo.
“A benchmark project”
Semnox Solutions’ sales head for Europe and the Middle East, Vinayaka Kamath comments on its latest project:
“We had to consider a lot of factors while taking up this project at Syria, especially with the travel challenges involved in the present situation.
“We have always been able to give the best world-class support post-implementation remotely and were confident that this entire project can take off with remote installation as well.
“This will be a benchmark project for us, considering the way the entire implementation took off smoothly.”
Delivered on time
The implementation primarily involved the setup of Parafait Lumin and Xter readers for the games, POS counters and RFID Cards to be used as debit cards by gamers.
Semnox’s Syrian partners at IT Build played a significant role in obtaining the project for Semnox. Through this partnership, the implementation was performed remotely, with no major issues, with the site going live with Parafait in line with the agreed timeline.
IT Build Company’s Salah Koddoura adds: “We are excited about being able to partner with Semnox and see the Leisureland project take off smoothly. The remote installation did not create any problems for the centre, and the communication between the Semnox team and the team here in Syria was easy. We look forward to many more projects in the coming months.”
Earlier this year, Semnox shared how its technology has assisted customers at Accelerate Indoor Speedway, with a new RFID card system throughout the establishment based in Ilinois, US.
