7thSense appoints new managing director

New colleague brings a wealth of industry experience to the tech company

7thSense, the multi-award-winning media solutions specialist, has announced that Bryan Hinckley will become the firm’s new managing director. Hinckley previously spent more than two decades at Electrosonic, progressing through the firm with roles including U.S. products general manager, entertainment solutions director, VP of sales for North America, president for North America, global VP of immersive environments, and most recently vice president of strategic accounts.

He will be leading 7thSense with a focus on the business’s clients and delivering strategic growth from the firm’s Burbank office in California, US.

Well-rounded team

CEO Matt Barton says: “As we continue to move forward with this next step for 7thSense, there is going to be more growth led by Bryan and the newly expanded board of directors. Bryan brings a commercial background and vast expertise to the board that ensures we have a well-rounded team of directors ready to strategically serve the business direction that we plan for the future.

“Bryan will be positioned to lead the company to continue to innovate and ensure we have the right tools that allow our creative users and integration customers to tell their stories and bring their projects to life more than ever. Earlier this week, we announced new releases for our Juggler pixel processor, Medialon Manager Pro and Delta Media Server product lines, and there is a lot more to come over the next year, and into the future.”

New appointment Hinckley looks to the future, saying: “I have been fortunate enough to collaborate on many attractions and projects with 7thSense over many years and have always been impressed by their industry-leading customer service, innovative products, and incredible team talent. As we launch our next-generation solutions, I am honoured to be part of the 7thSense team as we evolve.”
