The firm has expanded with new clients and colleagues

Convious, a leading eCommerce platform for the leisure industry, has been recognised by Deloitte, the renowned global consulting firm, as one of the top twenty fastest-growing companies in The Netherlands for the second year in a row.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 2022 list is the 23rd edition of this annual ranking, which recognises the remarkable growth and performance of The Netherlands’ leading technology companies. Convious is officially ranked 19th, after displaying a significant 1,879% growth rate in the last twelve months.

Seamless guest journeys

Convious CEO and founder Camiel Kraan says: “We are very proud to be among the drivers of growth and innovation both locally to our HQ in the Netherlands, but also in the leisure industry.

“In the last twelve months, our AI-driven attractions management platform has helped destinations create seamless guest journeys before, during and after the guest visit, increasing conversation, delivering intelligent upsells, enhancing the guest experience and reducing manual work for operators.

“We have over 130 partners located throughout Europe and the UK, including Looping Group’s Drayton Manor and West Midland Safari and Leisure Park. As we move into 2023 we have more exciting ventures planned including the launch of our US office and operations, further establishing our global footprint.”

Promising future

This multi-year deal with Looping Group sees Convious providing its fully integrated eCommerce, crowd control and guest experience platform for the parks, streamlining performance through a parkwide ticketing solution. This includes operational management, finance and guest experience features allowing the operator to benefit from real-time insights.

Convious has also been celebrating reaching half a million downloads of its ‘Tap’ app, the attractions industry software that provides a seamless and linked mobile experience to improve the guest experience before, during, and after their visit.

‘Tap’ combines the ease of a single ‘e-wallet’ with automated AI-powered ticketing integration, saving everything linked with guests’ bookings in one easy location.
