Moongate Design Studio, a new international concept designer and development firm, has announced a new strategic partnership with Zipline Korea, in a move that underscores the firm’s forward-thinking approach and furthers its ambitions in Asia.
The company’s storytelling and theming experience is an ideal fit for Zipline Korea’s thrilling adventure facilities, which are home to rope courses, roller coasters, ziplines, and climbing walls. The firms signed a formal MOU (memorandum of understanding) on 7 June 2023.
Combined expertise
Established in 2007, Zipline Korea is an established leader throughout Asia for family entertainment and outdoor adventures. The firm specialises in the design, installation, operation and maintenance of adventure facilities, and has also previously worked on government projects in South Korea.
With this new cooperation, the two companies aim to cultivate a market for adventure facilities and relevant adventure attraction facilities in Korea and Southeast Asia. Both entities say that they are thrilled about the prospects that this partnership brings and are eager to begin this journey together. The partnership will unlock the potential of the two companies combined strengths and forge an exciting path ahead in the Asian market.

Earlier this year, Moongate Design Studio announced the appointment of Alex Chao as its founder–design director.
