MagicOS platform enhances personalisation at the award-winning attraction Jeff Wayne’s The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience

Magic Memories, a global leader in experience capture for the attractions industry, has unveiled details of its extended collaboration with Layered Reality to enhance the visitor experience at Jeff Wayne’s The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience in London.

Layered Reality is a leading immersive entertainment specialist, and its multi-award-winning attraction Jeff Wayne’s The War of the Worlds: The Immersive Experience boasts more than 12,000 five-star customer reviews. The experience has been awarded Tripadvisor’s Travellers Choice Award for four consecutive years, placing it in the top 10% of attractions worldwide.

With this extended partnership, the two firms will offer guests new ways to capture and share memorable moments from their visit.

Enhancing immersion

With a blend of virtual reality, live performances, and interactive environments, Jeff Wayne’s The War of the Worlds: The Immersive Experience plunges visitors into HG Wells‘ dark Victorian story and Wayne’s legendary soundtrack.

Visitors can now capture their favourite moments in customisable formats with the integration of Magic Memories’ MagicOS platform, which makes the experience even more immersive and personalised.

Matt Towner, head of operations at Layered Reality, says: “At Layered Reality, we are committed to continuously enhancing the guest experience. By incorporating Magic Memories’ technology, we’re able to offer visitors something truly personal and unique to take home, supporting our goal of increasing satisfaction and deepening brand engagement.”

Magic Memories’ product and technology solutions strengthen customer relationships by increasing engagement, opening up new revenue streams, and extending social media reach for brands.

Earlier this month, Magic Memories and Layered Reality announced a partnership at the immersive attraction, Gunpowder Plot: A Tower of London Immersive Experience, which transports guests to the centre of one of England’s most notorious conspiracies.
