AnyRoad ebook ultimate guide to brand activations

AnyRoad, a leading Experience Relationship Management (ERM) platform, has announced the launch of a new ebook called the Ultimate Guide to Brand Activations: Building Emotional Bonds, offering everything that operators need to know about brand activations in one place.

Special events can be a great way for attractions to boost visitor numbers and attract a wider audience. But how can operators go about turning a one-off event into a full brand activation strategy, in order to make the most of it? AnyRoad’s latest publication discusses everything that attractions need to know about creating, running and repeating events to build momentum and brand growth.

Measure & improve current strategies

The new ebook will help readers to measure and improve their current strategy. Insights include best practices for brand activations, common pitfalls and how to avoid them, successful strategies from popular brands, and more.

This release follows the publication of another recent ebook from AnyRoad, which was created to assist attractions operators in understanding the full impact of their events by asking the right survey questions and getting insightful guest feedback. This ebook, entitled 60 Must-Have Post-Event Feedback Questions, offers attractions & events operators everything they need to pick and choose the best options so that they can learn key insights for growth and better marketing decisions.

Earlier this month, the firm also hosted a webinar called From Insights to Impact: Sierra Nevada’s Revenue Scaling Hack Through Brand Experiences. This free online event was geared towards operators looking to introduce next-level experiences. During the session, Amy Ebling, guest experience supervisor at the Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., explained how the company tapped into customer insights to turn infrequent buyers into loyal customers by 93%. Sierra Nevada also boosted satisfaction by 92% and improved its brand perception by 86%.
