The TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice award winners have been announced, with Siam Park and Universal’s Islands of Adventure topping the charts of the most popular waterparks and amusement parks respectively.
Determined using an algorithm taking into account TripAdvisor reviews and ratings, the categories include the Top 10 Amusement Parks in the World, Top 10 Water Parks in the World, Top 10 Amusement Parks in the US and Top 10 Water Parks in the US.
Senior Director of Communications at TripAdvisor Brooke Ferencsik said, “The Traveler’s Choice award-winning parks deliver thrill-filled excitement and splashy entertainment for those travelers seeking ideas for where to go for summer fun.”
Universal’s Islands of Adventure (Orlando) has been top of the Amusement Park charts for the past three years and has over 41,000 TripAdvisor reviews. Siam Park has held onto their #1 spot for four consecutive years and has over 20,000.
