    Jeju Shinhwa World, South Korea

    Jeju Shinhwa World* has become one of the most visited place on Jeju Island. The park was developed over three years and has 15 amazing rides and various attractions for children and adults. CL CORP created a unique and innovative 4D theatre that makes every visitor feel like they’re diving into the world of animated films. They invited Fulldome.pro to join the project to provide the dome screen and projection system. Idea: To create an interactive attraction that would be an immersive experience for visitors to Shinhwa Theme Park, using the latest technology for amusement parks. How it Began: CL CORP, a developer of immersive attractions, was tasked with creating ride for which the audience would be reclined in moving seats under a dome, screening a 3D show. CL CORP have many years experience in creating attractions but not in dome projection, so they approached us to partner with them to design and manufacture the dome and projection system that would make the ride truly immersive. The Execution: Together, we went to work designing the Rotary Park attraction for Shinhwa Theme Park. The engineers, manufacturing, factory, and construction crew all worked as a team to produce something truly amazing. The Reality: A key attraction at Shinhwa Theme Park is the Rotary Park zone, which combines creative content and innovative design, with the latest technology. CL CORP created a pre-show, which the audience passes through while queueing for the main ride, but the centerpiece of Rotary Park is the 20 meter dome with 130 Head In The Stars® motion seats. The 20 meter negative pressure screen fitted snugly inside the purpose made dome roofed building and was powered by 12 projectors, a 5K 3D projection system and just a single Fulldome.pro Media Server. Tuban Studios in South Korea created an exclusive show for the attraction, using characters from the Rotary Park TV show. Movement of the seats is synchronized to the movie action, so while the audience remain in one place, they feel like they are being transported into the world of the characters on screen. The result is a fully immersive experience to thrill every audience.

    SeaLife, Worldwide

    Fulldome.pro delivered: 15 x 3m projection domes One of our highest-profile projects in recent years was the immersive educational experience we created for SeaLife park visitors in 2019. Following the opening of their open-water sanctuary for beluga whales in Iceland, SeaLife was looking for ways to raise public awareness for this much-needed facility. They enlisted Fulldome.pro to install 15 projection domes into SeaLife Centres in 6 countries around the world. CGI content projected onto 3m domes in selected centres in the UK, US, Australia Thailand, Germany and Iceland, gave visitors the feeling of swimming alongside Little Grey and Little White, the first two beluga whales relocated through the sanctuary. An information pod detailed the whales’ life-changing journey from a water park in Shanghai to the open-water sanctuary in Iceland. Our installation team travelled to each location to set-up the domes and train staff to operate and maintain them. This memorable interactive experience showcased SeaLife’s dedication to animal welfare, while helping raise thousands of dollars in donations. We’re proud to have been involved in such a worthy cause!

    Fulldome.pro delivered: 4 x 10m Flying Theatre Dome Screens 4m Open Dome Screen 5 x Projection Servers What’s the Kennedy Space Center? An incredible educational visitor attraction located at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA. The complex gives visitors an up-close look at the history and future of human space exploration. Visitors can see real spacecraft, past missions' artifacts, and cutting-edge technology displays Ultimate New Immersive Attraction As of 2022, the Kennedy Space Center is also bringing the ultimate movie-going experience to life with four brand new, ultra-advanced MX4D Motion EFX Flying Theaters. Each theater features a 180-degree dome projector screen and four different films depicting various aspects of space travel. Fulldome.pro proudly supplied four 10m flying theatre dome screens, plus a 4m open dome screen for this project. Fulldome.pro servers run all four flying theatres/ AV systems. The visitor experience Visitors get to take in a unique cinematic thrill on their 10m flying theatre dome screen and 4m open dome screens. Built-in MX4D special effects enhance the 4D experience with wind, scent, audio transducers, seat, and back pokers while people's feet are dangling as they soar into unknowns of the universe deep in nebulas. How are disabled visitors catered for? Standard flying theatre attractions can be extremely challenging for people with health conditions or impairments. So, at the Kennedy Space Center, one of our 4m open domes has been installed, without the vertical angle, to enable comfortable watching for all.

    Fulldome.pro delivered 10m, 10m & 12m projection domes Otherwise known as South by Southwest, SXSW is an annual festival in the US, dedicated to helping creative people achieve their goals. Founded in 1987 in Austin, Texas, SXSW is best known for its conferences and festivals celebrating the convergence of tech, film, music, education, and culture. In 2022, SXSW collaborated with Wisdom LA and Fulldome.pro to deliver the first-ever Immersive Art and Music Park to Austin. In just 5 days, our efficient installation team put up 3 projection domes (21M, 12M, and 10M) to create 36,000 square feet of immersive entertainment space. Interactive and immersive digital and physical art with daily yoga, sound baths, outdoor music, and dance parties.
