Falls Event Center Plan for Hotel at Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum

Falls Event Center LLC plan a new hotel, amphitheater and campground for the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum.

The new owners bought the space museum, water park and additional property and land around the campus in a bankruptcy sale last year.

Work on the new four-star, 130-room hotel at the center of the campus could begin by the end of 2018. However, the campground and an amphitheater could be finished by this summer, to coincide with a potential event for the total solar eclipse in August 2017.

Fall Event Center’s ambition is for the site to be the number-one destination in Oregon.
