The technology firm will be ready to discuss benefits with prospective clients

Vennersys, the integrated ticketing, retail and visitor management company, has announced it will be in attendance at the UK museum sector’s largest trade event next month.

The Museums + Heritage Show 2022, an annual free event, will take place this year between 11-12 May 2022 at the Olympia in London.

Over 2,500 key decision-makers and buyers are expected to be in attendance, providing business and networking opportunities.

This year’s lineup features 42 talks covering the latest and emerging trends faced by the industry, as well as more than 150 exhibitors including designers, producers, fit-out contractors and retail suppliers.

Vennersys will be showcasing its technology at Stand H8, where staff will be in hand to answer questions and explore case studies.

The Midlands-based firm is known particularly for its VenposCloud system, which incorporates ticketing, ePOS, online bookings, CRM, memberships, stock management and gift aiding – a well-known concept which will be further explored by the team.

Vennersys will hold a masterclass for attendees on 11 May entitled “What An Integrated System Can Do For You: Gift Aid” at 12.30 pm.

The session will provide insight into how convenient and easy gift aid captures can be for museums, art galleries and cultural venues. Vennersys will also show how a report can be populated, with the benefit of being able to be sent directly to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for UK clients.

Venues such as the Russell Cotes Art Gallery & Museum in Bournemouth, UK have benefited from the system, removing the need for lengthy forms or separate processes.

Prospective attendees can find out more information and book tickets on the official Museums + Heritage Show website.

Earlier this month, Vennersys announced it has been working with Dalkeith Country Park, a historic woodlands and buildings venue, to update its operations software. The 1,000-acre attraction now benefits from an improved ticketing and events management system.
