The first dedicated surf park in the US is set to open in Nashua, NH.
American Wave Machines, experts in the world’s most innovative wave technology, and Surf’s up NH have announced that the first dedicated surf park in the US will open soon in Nashua, NH.
Surf’s Up NH uses American Wave Machines’ SurfStream® to create waves from gentle whitewater to 6 foot barrels.
Bruce McFarland, President & Founder of American Wave Machines, said, "This is the first of a series of our small footprint indoor surf parks opening in North America in the coming months and adding to our growing worldwide commercial surf park network."
The world’s largest standing wave machine was tested out recently by East Coast surfers including Rob Kelly, Michael Powell, Jared Veltsos together with and a van full of Eastern Surfing Association groms.
Pro Surfer & Billabong Team Rider, Rob Kelly, said, "I left each session riding this wave feeling stoked, which is the same feeling I spend so much of my time and money chasing waves around the world to get.
