Gateway Ticketing Systems UK Appoints Dominic Stern as Operations Manager

Gateway Ticketing Systems UK, the leading ticketing provider for UK visitor attractions, has announced the appointment of Dominic Stern as Operations Manager.

Stern’s appointment reinforces Gateway’s commitment to customer services for existing clients as well as supporting the company’s steadily growing new client base.  His role covers delivery, implementation and support processes for new Gateway Ticketing Systems UK customers and sites.

Prior to joining Gateway, Stern was Senior Applications Specialist at “Warner Bros Studio Tour London – the Making of Harry Potter”.  He began his career in ticketing systems in the attractions industry at Tussauds Groups and subsequently Merlin. 

Commenting on his new role, Stern says, “I’m joining the Gateway team at an exciting time for driving growth in the ticketing systems arena in the UK.  The first years of business have been extremely successful and I intend to further consolidate this through my existing knowledge of the ticketing market. Together we will certainly be on track to reach our targets for 2015.”

Gateway Ticketing Systems UK, established in the UK in 2012 as a joint venture between Gateway Ticketing Systems Inc. and software services specialist Metafour, provides ticketing, booking and CRM solutions to museums and galleries, heritage attractions and historic houses,  zoos and gardens and theme parks and events.  The company has seen strong growth to date winning seven new clients including the Roman Baths in Bath, Kew Gardens and BeWILDerwood in Norfolk.
