WhiteWater Attractions has unveiled a brand new exhibit for Zoo Miami at AZA 2014.
The new attraction, Florida: Mission Everglades, is a water transportation system ride with eight passenger vehicles themed to look like everglades air boats. As the ride meanders through the exhibit, special effects enhance the visitor experience.
Florida: Mission Everglades was unveiled by WhiteWater Attractions at the 2014 AZA Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida together with Eric Stephens, Zoo Miami Director, and main contractor PCL Construction.
Commenting on the new ride which is expected to be ready by summer 2016, Stephens, said, “We are very excited to begin construction of our new front entry and Florida: Mission Everglades as I know that it will be a beautiful addition to the zoo and well worth the wait.”
