Avius, a provider of real-time customer experience solutions, is serving as the Official Guest Feedback Solutions Provider for Saudi Arabia's Aquarabia and Six Flags Qiddiya City.
These premium attractions are part of the milestone entertainment destination at Qiddiya City, slated to become one of the world's most exciting tourism and leisure locations.

Through this collaboration, Avius is helping the parks capture real-time visitor feedback. This will assist teams in understanding visitor sentiment and improving operations, enabling the ongoing enhancement of the visitor experience.
"Being part of a project of this scale is incredibly exciting for our team," says a representative from Avius.
"We look forward to helping deliver world-class guest experiences at Saudi Arabia’s largest theme park and water park."

Shared experience venue
Avius has managed every part of the guest feedback implementation, from survey design and strategic kiosk placement to hardware deployment, onsite installation, testing, refinement, and user training.
The rollout includes 85 on-site kiosks that combine both premium facility management and customer experience solutions.
Six Flags Qiddiya City opened on 31 December 2025, with Aquarabia following on 23 April 2026.
In just a short period of operation, the theme parks have already captured thousands of responses across the complete visitor journey, from entrances and rides to restrooms and restaurants.
As a result, the theme park teams can access real-time notifications, segmented dashboards, and automated reporting, enabling them to respond quickly to visitor feedback, drive efficient operations, and ensure consistently high levels of service.
Survey results reflect Six Flags Qiddiya City as a dynamic, experience-led destination that is successfully attracting guests through its strong thrill offering and social appeal.
Visitors are motivated by shared experiences with family and friends, with adrenaline rides leading as the primary driver.
Furthermore, results highlight strong group dynamics. Adult friend groups account for 48.9% of visitors, and large parties of five or more make up the largest segment at 43.7%.
The high proportion of group visits, notably larger parties, indicates strong engagement and broad appeal across audiences, strengthening the park’s position as a venue for shared experiences. Guests arrive with clear expectations and purpose, evidencing a well-defined brand proposition.
Overall, the data describes a compelling, group-centric destination with a very high satisfaction rate and strong footing for ongoing growth and excellence in the visitor experience.
Earlier this year, Avius shared details of its collaboration with Whipsnade Zoo, part of the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), to implement a strategic, data-led approach for gathering feedback.
