Leading provider of operating services for out-of-home gaming and entertainment, Helix Leisure, has announced the appointment of three key personnel – Rosa Tahmaseb, Guy Lee and Shane Galford.
The hirings are intended to support the company’s recent growth and further expand its customer base.
Rosa Tahmaseb (above) is the new Managing Director for the Helix Leisure EMEA office in Dubai, UAE. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s operations and work to identify and foster new opportunities in the European, Middle Eastern and Asian markets.
Tahmaseb has over 20 years of experience as director and project manager in the events, leisure and visitor attractions industry. She has built strong relationships with various departments in the Dubai government in her previous roles, most recently as the Director of Operations for Edward Mellors Entertainment LLC.
A High Level of Industry Knowledge

Also, furthering positive relations with partners, ” commented Helix Leisure’s COO, Luke McKimmie. “We have worked alongside Rosa on numerous projects within our industry and a mutual respect quickly developed, which makes this appointment even more important to us.”
Guy Lee (above right) brings a wealth of industry experience to his new role as Operations Director of the North American office. He has been tasked with overseeing daily operations and providing key initiatives to continually streamline and improve system processes.
Before his appointment, he was Director of Slot Operations at Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino.
Finally, Shane Galford (left) joins Helix Leisure as the new Support Manager for Embed. He brings 10 years of IT Management experience to his new position. He will be ensuring delivery of round-the-clock, quality assistance to Embed customers as and when they need it. Previous experience includes roles at Meggitt and Reliant Worldwide Plastics.
