New theme parks planned for Iskandar, Malaysia

An indoor and an outdoor theme park are planned for Iskandar, Malaysia.

The Star reports that the RM200m indoor theme park will feature “state-of-the-art technology with science-related features and attractions”.

The project, a joint venture between a Malaysian and a Singapore-based company, is expected to attract visitors from both countries.

In addition another outdoor theme park, aimed at families and young adults, is also reported to be planned for Iskandar within the next two years.
