Intercard, the cashless payment provider, announces it will be showcasing cashless arcade management technology solutions at CineShow 2019 in Dallas.

Intercard is pleased to be heading to the 21st annual CineShow in Dallas. The event is hosted by the Theatre Owners of MidAmerica (TOMA) and takes place on August 28, 2019. CineShow is the leading trade show for the region and highlights a range of innovative products, services and technologies for cinema operators. It is being held at the Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel Convention Center.

Changes in the cinema industry

Many theatre owners are now creating “theatre entertainment centres” where they can provide not only movies but also arcade games, laser tag and other attractions. This diversification helps to increase profits but also adds value for customers. Cashless technology can help these operators to manage, maintain and secure their centres as they continue to grow.

“Intercard has many satisfied customers in the exhibition industry,” says Scott Sherrod, CEO of Intercard. “We invite show-goers to learn how our technology helps leading companies like Cinergy Entertainment Group, Schulman’s Movie Bar Grille and Santikos Theatres take advantage of new trends and audiences.”

Bill Allen and Jason Mitchell of Intercard will be on hand at booth #311, where they will be demonstrating the company’s range of cashless solutions, including the new self-service kiosk, iTeller, which is designed for venues with fewer than 30games. Attendees can also explore the Edge Mobile App Collection and the i3 reader.

Intercard will also be attending the 2019 SK8 Expo and Conference when it takes place on the 27th – 28th August in Clearwater, Florida. The event features two days of trade shows and seminars. It is one of the highlights of the year for the roller skating industry and is sponsored by the Roller Skating Association International.
