Vennersys boosts business at The Ice Cream Farm with VenposCloud

News
The Ice Cream Farm UK

Solution will make operations more efficient at the biggest ice cream shop in the world

Vennersys, the integrated ticketing, retail and visitor management company, has partnered with Cheshire-based family attraction and Guinness World Record holder, The Ice Cream Farm. This attraction welcomes more than 400,000 visitors each year and is recognised as the biggest ice cream shop in the world. It is also home to the largest sand and water play area in Europe.

The Ice Cream Farm has invested more than £5 million in the total restoration of the site since 2015 and caters to families and tourists from all over the UK. Visitors can choose from more than 50 different flavours of ice cream, made on the farm using milk from cows in the nearby pastures.

Vennersys, the farm’s new business partner, is the creator of the VenposCloud system for managing and selling tickets for tourist attractions. With all aspects of attraction management available in one place, VenposCloud is designed to make running tourist attractions simpler and easier. It also aids enterprises in self-promotion and revenue growth.

Streamlining processes

The Ice Cream Farm formerly used two independent management systems that were incompatible with one another. Daily tasks were thereby made more challenging and time-consuming than they needed to be. The attraction anticipates that implementing the VenposCloud system will simplify site-wide management under a single system, boost visitor traffic, and improve customer satisfaction.

Vennersys already works with a number of comparable attractions in the UK and is pleased to offer The Ice Cream Farm its new, integrated guest management system.

Speaking about the new partnership, Jonathan Fell, managing director of The Ice Cream Farm, says:

“We’re really excited about how the VenposCloud system will help to streamline our day-to-day processes, but even more so about the potential for this partnership to grow into the future. We know that Vennersys are a company who are committed to constant growth and re-investment, so we hope that this is just the start of a long and very beneficial relationship.”

Megan Thompson, business development manager at Vennersys, adds:

“It’s an amazing feeling to know our system will help Jonathan and his team streamline operations and enhance their customer journey – staff no longer have to flit between systems and customers will enter the attraction friction free.”

Elsewhere in the UK, Vennersys has also recently worked with Floors Castle in the UK to update its attractions management system with the addition of VenposCloud.
