Among the initiatives taken by accesso to ensure that their innovative hosted ticketing platform is delivered to European client venues they have enhanced local data centre, payment processing and support capabilities.
A high-availability, high speed, PCI Level I compliant network operation has been secured at Rackspace’s United Kingdom data centre.
accesso’s will offer PayPal integration as an option for European clients. In addition a new relationship with DataCash allows multiple (170+) currency processing and provides a sophisticated fraud and risk management system.
A new multilingual guest contact operation will provide technical support for European clients in Dutch, German, French and English. Staff have been recruited to provide support and assist the front-line implementation coordination of the accesso Passport ticketing suite from the UK HQ.
