Connect&GO collaborates with P2 3 Consulting

Partnership will help waterparks increase revenue and enhance visitor satisfaction

Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, has announced a new collaboration with P2:3 Consulting, a highly regarded consultancy in the waterpark sector.

This partnership will support waterpark clients in raising their revenue potential and enhancing the visitor experience using Connect&GO’s revolutionary technology.

Supporting waterpark development

With this new collaboration, ground-breaking technology from Connect&GO will be combined with P2:3 Consulting’s unmatched waterpark experience design and development knowledge. P2:3 Consulting has a committed and experienced team and brings extensive knowledge in new waterpark development, innovative design, and strategic growth planning for existing facilities.

It plans to transform the visitor experience and boost facility profitability through innovation and creative ideas, supported by Connect&GO’s cutting-edge integrated technology.

The founder of P2:3 Consulting, Johnny Blevins, draws on his vast knowledge of entrepreneurship and experience as the owner and operator of the Splash Kingdom waterparks.

Connect&GO’s platform has been adopted across all four Splash Kingdom parks in Texas – Canton, Hudson Oaks, Nacogdoches, and Greenville – to help drive revenue and streamline operations.

Blevins comments: “We believed that Connect&GO could really help us elevate our guest experience and increase our revenue potential across our Splash Kingdom waterparks. At P2:3 Consulting, we are constantly seeking ways to help our clients do the same, so teaming up with Connect&GO just made sense so we can offer our clients the same results!”

Integrated & intuitive platform

Konnect, Connect&GO’s advanced integrated management platform, transforms operations for waterparks, family entertainment centres, and attractions worldwide by seamlessly integrating eCommerce, point-of-sale, access control, cashless payments, and business intelligence reporting with optional RFID technology.

The solution’s cloud-based and extremely flexible interface combines visitor data into a single, simple platform with unique virtual wallet technology and real-time data. The new Konnect BI reporting tool provides operators with actionable insights to boost revenue, streamline daily operations, and enhance visitor engagement.

Dominic Gagnon, CEO of Connect&GO, says: “We are thrilled to partner with the P2:3 team to bring our innovative technology to even more waterparks across the United States. Together, we will redefine what’s possible in terms of guest engagement and introduce modern technology to empower operators to simplify their business.”

Last month, Connect&GO announced a new collaboration with Wicked Waves Water Park & Cape Cod Inflatable Park in Massachusetts. The park will use Konnect to improve visitor flow and satisfaction throughout the site, and will also launch a new eCommerce website.

In addition, Connect&GO’s client, Roaring Springs Waterpark, has recently won a Leading Edge Award at the World Waterpark Association Symposium & Trade Show. The park was honoured for its innovative use of Connect&GO’s integrated attractions management platform, which includes Virtual Wallet technology.
