Expo 2020 Dubai is kicking off the first in a series of pre-opening events with Space Week, based around its thematic programming and aligning with World Space Week.
The virtual summit will highlight the latest innovations in space research and travel, also offering a platform to discuss space exploration, governance and law, and space data and remote sensing.
Taking place one year ahead of Space Week, one of 10 thematic weeks held during Expo 2020 Dubai, it will also highlight the UAE as an ambitious pioneer in the field of space exploration.
It will be made up of Q&A sessions and panel discussions, and will be the first in a series offering a taste of what’s to come during Expo 2020 Dubai.
During Expo 2020, Space Week will feature space projections and shows that depict the UAE’s space journey, held at Al Wasl Plaza.
