Customers have access to three new solution blocks, marketing intelligence, revenue management and performance insight

Smeetz, a provider of smart all-in-one ticketing software for leisure and cultural attractions, is celebrating some new additions to its AI-powered Commerce Intelligence Hub.

The firm’s innovative solution simplifies operations and boosts revenue by leveraging data and cutting-edge technology. It goes beyond basic ticketing and retail management by offering AI-driven pricing strategies and cross-selling recommendations to optimise sales strategies.

Customers all have access to the Unified Commerce block, which simplifies ticketing operations, and they now can also benefit from 3 new solution blocks: marketing intelligence, revenue management and performance insights.

New features boost sales & optimise operations

With the new marketing intelligence features, clients can enhance the entire visitor experience by engaging with their guests at every touchpoint of the customer journey. This includes email automation campaigns, designed to grow sales and build loyalty.

Meanwhile, the revenue management block helps users to maximise their sales and conversions. With this function, they can use AI-based dynamic pricing and cross-selling strategies to sell the right product, to the right customer, at the right price, and increase their revenue.

Finally, thanks to the performance insights block, clients can leverage their data to make business decisions. This helps them to optimise operations with predictive analytics and data insights. They can also monitor social platforms to turn unhappy visitors into fans and improve guest satisfaction.

The solution stands out from the competition since it is AI-powered and allows attractions to make the most of their data. Smeetz takes into account the entire customer journey, including before, during and after the visit, to assist organisers in improving revenue while also giving customers the best experience.

The company has clients in over 10 countries, including theatres, museums, amusement parks, FECs, festivals and more. The AI-driven solution boosts sales by around 30% and increases the average basket size by around 25%. It also boasts conversation rates of around 20% and increases the time between the purchase and the visit, between 2 and 10 days. This helps attractions to better plan resources and operations.
