Starting this April, Blackpool Pleasure Beach will begin implementing Green 4 Solutions’ CRM technology to revolutionise their customer engagement strategy. Using customer data, the Blackpool Pleasure Beach marketing team will be able to perform analysis, profiling and segmentation work leading to an in depth understanding of customer behaviour which will drive future strategies.
