accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider, has signed a three-year agreement with Illuminarium Experiences, a global experiential entertainment company. This will see accesso providing its accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing suite and Ingresso ticketing distribution solution to Illuminarium at AREA15 in Las Vegas, set to open early next year.
The company already provides support to Illuminarium Atlanta, the operator’s first location, which has been open to the public since July 2021.
Fully immersing guests
Illuminarium Experiences aims to fully immerse visitors in real-world filmed content and authentic, recreated worlds without the need for any wearable hardware, using virtual reality and traditional motion picture production.

The first experience to open is WILD: Safari Experience, where visitors can discover the beautiful animals of Africa in their natural surroundings, featuring cinematic content shot on location in South Africa, Botswana, Kenya and Tanzania using custom camera arrays to provide a 240-degree native field of view.
The operator plans to open several more Illuminariums around the world in the next few years, with locations in Miami and Chicago already in the pipeline.
Delivering a seamless, personaliased experience
The fully hosted accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing solution means that attractions can offer an intuitive and stress-free eCommerce experience on any device. This also boosts revenue for the operator with up-sell and cross-sell prompts, assisting guests in planning their ideal visit.
Meanwhile, the company’s ticketing distribution platform, Ingresso, connects operators like Illuminarium Experiences to a global network of third-party distributors to drive increased ticket sales. As a result, the attractions can potentially reach over 1 billion new customers and provide guests with real-time live ticket inventory.
“We are proud to continue our partnership with accesso and deliver a seamless, convenient and personalized experience for guests of our forthcoming location in Las Vegas,” says Alan Greenberg, CEO of Illuminarium Experiences.
“At Illuminarium Experiences, we are transporting visitors to the world’s most amazing places, people and experiences through highly engaging, immersive digital spectacles. Through our partnership with accesso, each of our guests can enjoy every minute of that experience, from beginning to end.”
A growing partnership
“We’re honored to serve as an essential part of the unmatched offering Illuminarium Experiences provides its guests,” adds Steve Brown, accesso CEO.
“As Illuminarium Experiences grows, so does our partnership, and we are truly excited for the opportunity to continue supporting this amazing team with our award-winning solutions.”
Earlier this year, accesso also announced that it had signed agreements with 12 new clients across North America including Catawba Farms in Newton, North Carolina; Eldora Speedway in New Weston, Ohio; Stoughton Opera House in Stoughton, Wisconsin; and the City of San Ramon in California.
