accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider, is providing its accesso ShoWare box office ticketing suite to a number of new clients in the region, including Catawba Farms in Newton, North Carolina; Eldora Speedway in New Weston, Ohio; Stoughton Opera House in Stoughton, Wisconsin; and the City of San Ramon in California.
This integration will boost their eCommerce functionality and enhance their guests’ online purchasing journey by streamlining the ticketing process for both new and returning visitors. The installation process for these new clients is expected to be completed by August 2021.
A seamless, streamlined guest experience
The accesso ShoWare ticketing suite currently has more than 600 installations around the world, providing a streamlined experience for guests at theatres, concert venues, casinos, sports arenas, attractions and more.
The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution gives users full control of the end-to-end ticketing process on a single platform, while also resulting in a seamless buying experience for visitors, both on-site and online. Operators benefit from total flexibility and control over ticket sales in assigned seating venues, for a simple ticketing process that maximises revenue.
“Our team is thrilled to see so many beloved destinations, venues and attractions reopening, and we are honoured to stand by their side throughout the process,” says Steve Brown, accesso CEO.
“The right ticketing technology holds more potential power for operators than ever before, both for enhancing the guest experience and reducing operational challenges. We are excited to see that power come to life with these latest partnerships.”
accesso ShoWare is fully hosted and customisable, and is straightforward to install, meaning clients can launch within weeks. It can support many essential post-pandemic functions, such as spaced seating and contact tracing, as well as donation tools, live streaming and email marketing integration. The company also provides 24/7 customer service support, 365 days a year.
Earlier this month, accesso announced it is helping Boston Logan International Airport to harness the power of virtual queuing, in order to keep guests safe post-COVID.
