The visitor experiences will benefit from Ticketure technologies

TixTrack, a leading supplier of ticketing solutions, is helping facilitate expansion plans for a major museum in Chicago, US.

Ticketure, TixTrack’s innovative admission and membership management solution, is being utilised at WNDR Museum, a multi-sensory showcase of art and technology.

Employing Ticketure’s open API, Chicago’s WNDR Museum has been able to maximize revenue and scale quickly. Its new sites, occupying up to 20,000 square feet each and including event space, are in Boston, San Diego, and Seattle. They are expected to start welcoming visitors this winter.

WNDR Global president Ryan Kunkel says: “We are just getting started. We have ambitious plans and aspirations for bringing WNDR to the world and for that we need a ticketing system that can grow with us. We are confident that Ticketure’s unique scalability capabilities will support this.

“We are a modern immersive art and technology experience, so our customers expect a modern digital platform. We have worked with TixTrack for more than a year and we’re thrilled to deepen our partnership as we build our WNDR community.”

Supporting creativity

Recently featured in USA Today’s Top 10 immersive art experiences list, WNDR Museum’s 2018 launch sold enough tickets within six months to be on track for 360,000 visitors a year, an attendance similar to that of the Museum of Contemporary Art. WNDR expects this successful launch to be mirrored in new sites.

Ticketure has a varied international portfolio of clients which include clients that include New York’s Guggenheim MuseumMeow Wolf, The Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, The Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens in California, and the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney

TixTrack CEO Steven Sunshine adds: “Ticketure is the mobile-first timed-entry ticketing system of choice across North America. WNDR is a modern, cultural, and artistic hub that is constantly changing, and it requires a system that reflects this.

“We are delighted to support its creativity and rapid growth by continuing to help increase its timed-entry sales, conversion rates and levels of customer service by deploying Ticketure on its new sites.”

Earlier this year, TixTrack announced that The Serpentine in London had opted to use the mobile-first Ticketure timed-entry system, to help manage online ticketing and customer engagement.
