Serpentine Gallery

TixTrack, a leading supplier of ticketing solutions, has announced that London’s Serpentine is the latest high-profile attraction to opt for the mobile-first Ticketure timed-entry system.

Serpentine, in Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, hosts world-renowned temporary exhibitions. To manage its online ticketing and customer engagement, the gallery has chosen to work with Ticketure, joining other TixTrack clients such as The Guggenheim Museum in New York City, Chicago’s Museum of Science And Industry, The Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens in California and Sydney’s Art Gallery of New South Wales.

“User-friendly and efficient”

Serpentine wanted a solution with a mobile-first design, as well as modern APIs in order to integrate with third-party systems. It uses a Salesforce CRM solution and Ticketure offers a ready-made Salesforce Connector as a standard feature.

In December 2021, Serpentine conducted a soft launch of Ticketure for the KAWS exhibition, NEW FICTION. Following this, feedback from both internal stakeholders and visitors was positive, reporting that “the system works really well and is both user-friendly and efficient”.

Steven Sunshine, CEO of TixTrack Inc., says:

“Following our tremendous success in introducing our Ticketure mobile-first timed-entry system to the North American and Australian markets, we are delighted to welcome Serpentine as a high-profile UK client.

“TixTrack launched a UK operation in 2016 to sell and support our reserved seating system, called Nliven, which has secured several high-profile West End theatre clients. Our UK sales and support team, based in central London and across the UK, are now keen to help additional UK visitor attractions to increase their timed-entry sales, conversion rates and levels of customer service by deploying Ticketure.”

TixTrack is heading out on the road over the coming months and will be exhibiting this week at the Ticketing Professionals Conference at the Vox Centre at The NEC in Birmingham, UK. The team will be presenting both Ticketure and Nliven a the event on 17 – 18 March.

Earlier this month, TixTrack announced Ticketure is partnering with Activity Stream. The move will give clients more analytical tools, customer insights & integrated email solutions, and thanks to real-time integration, new clients can be set up quickly and easily.
