Move will give clients more analytical tools, customer insights & integrated email solutions

TixTrack, a leading supplier of ticketing solutions, is celebrating the rapid growth of its Ticketure ticketing platform, as more attractions are opting to use this solution in order to provide timed entry to customers, as well as to streamline the guest registration process.

Ticketure is designed to meet the specific needs of attractions, such as museums, zoos, immersive experiences and more, putting membership and ticketing at the heart of the platform. Notable clients include Meow Wolf (pictured, top), The Guggenheim, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and more.

Now, as TixTrack aims to provide its customers with more analytical tools, customer insights and segmentation capabilities and integrated email solutions, it has announced that Ticketure is partnering with Activity Stream. Thanks to real-time integration, new clients can be set up quickly and easily.

Using tech to boost sales and satisfaction

“Our goal is to provide great technology to increase ticket sales and customer satisfaction,” says Steven Sunshine, TixTrack CEO. “By combining Ticketure’s improved consumer buying experience with Activity Stream’s event-specific customer segmentation and communications, we are able to provide an improved experience for both our clients and their customers.”

This move will benefit attractions that also run shops on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce, as the data gathered from this can now be combined in Activity Stream. As a result, operators will be able to improve customer profiling and segmentation, leading to better communication and enhancing the customer experience.

“We are very excited about the new partnership and have enjoyed working with the Ticketure team to adapt our solution to the needs and requirements of their clients,” says Martin Gammeltoft, Activity Stream’s chief business officer. “The first introductions to some of the organizations they work with have confirmed that this will be a great tool for their marketing teams.”

The first clients were set up in February and are now live.

Last year, TixTrack announced that it is partnering with Seismique, a popular immersive art venue in Houston, Texas, in order to supply its Ticketure admission and membership management solution.
